WOW that's just about all I can say for this past week! Wow and UGH. I'll do a time line of events to highlight all of the craziness.
*Sunday night, arrive in Pocatello, enjoy a few hours with David's wonderful aunt and Uncle, who happen to have a wonderful home, and are kind enough to share it with us.
*Monday, Brooklyn learns that she loves the little weeny dog and thinks he is great, until he barks...that scares the heck out of her causing her to topple forward and have her first real Crash. Causing me to CRY, be heartbroken because she was on my lap and I couldn't stop her fast enough. :(
*Monday, Brooklyn learned to crawl real crawling! She's been doing the army crawl for a while, but she just got up and started crawling like hey I've been doing this forever.!
* Tuesday, had a pretty good day except I had to go to the primary care center for a HORRIBLE UTI. Which is where I'm predicting our next bad thing came from, read on.....
* Wednesday, actually a really good day, went shopping with David's aunt, found some SWEET deals, Brooklyn was SO SO SO good for me all day long. She was so happy and playful all day! We came home, she took a nap, woke up and had some food. She ate almost all of her food when suddenly she started throwing up...SO MUCH! She didn't stop throwing up, stayed up all night sick sick sick! Poor baby, her first real illness, which also, made me cry (I'm kinda wimpy).
*Thursday, Brooklyn was still sick and not real active, she was pretty lethargic all day and just snuggled (when I wasn't cleaning her mess up or changing her dirty bum). I love that she snuggled with me but sad that it was because she was so miserable.
*Friday, David called me in the morning saying he didn't feel well...oh great! We were supposed to be going home this night and he said he would come home early and we would just leave...I said, NO WAY we will just wait until you are better the best decision ever! He was so sick, poor husband. Brooklyn was also still sick this day but she was getting a little better.
*Saturday, we woke up and decided to start getting ready to go home. We headed home and everyone was better! I was so excited that this virus happened to slip by me! WRONG! I got sick this night at 12:00 and didn't sleep at all...sick sick sick. Not a fun virus!
*Sunday, ME-sick sick sick, everyone else, HAPPY and HEALTHY, which is good!
As I sit here tonight David is well again, Brooklyn is on the mend, I think the left over "sickness" is from her top tooth trying to come in. David left a few hours ago for another week in Pocatello and I think I'm going to go to bed pretty darn quick! David gave me a hard time the other day for not updating our blog so here we go! Oh and he told me to change the background... This is for you honey!!!
