I am Amanda...I am an aspiring Photographer,a wife, and more importantly a MOM. I am a stay at home mom who has a dream of getting into Photography. I work and live in the Pocatello, Idaho area. I am willing to travel! Lets meet!
So, our baby is now 12 weeks old and we are so excited to be done with the first trimester! We went and had an ultrasound done for some screening, it was so neat! The baby was very mobile, it kept bouncing and jumping around. We couldn't get a picture to do the full screening because the baby kept falling down into the bottom of my uterus and getting So comfy! It was using the curve as a pillow and kept falling asleep after jumping around for a little while! The baby kept putting it's hand over it's little face to be comfy, but he had his little legs all kicked back! We are so very excited! We really wish we knew what we were having but I suppose we'll wait. Here is the little peanut that is making it's Mommy so happy!
So it's been a very long time since I've posted and the reason for that is because I've been horribly sick and having a lot of problems. By now you're wondering why...well...after much waiting David and I are starting a family of our own...that's right, we're having a BABY!!!!!! We found out a little while ago but have been waiting to tell people because of all the scary things that can happen. Today I was having some problems and my Doctor's office wanted me to come in and check things out. So we went in and had an ultrasound, It was so Amazing to see our little peanut and it's little heartbeat!! We are so excited and cannot wait to see our little one. The estimated due date for our little one is May 6, 2009. I hope you enjoy seeing pictures of our little peanut, we sure do!
David and I decided to go up with his family camping! It was a lot of fun and we had a lot of fun boating. David did a great job wake-boarding! Oh and then there's David's STACHE, isn't it handsome!!!!! Ha ha
So...I'll post later but...I'm reading BREAKING DAWN~!!!! it might be a day or two before I post...but I'll be giving my book review soon enough..!!!! SO EXCITED... I wish I could take a day off work to read the book, how lame I know!
So David and I got a new freezer, and of course with that we have to fill it! We decided that going to COSTCO was a better decision. Oh my heck. We seriously thought our grocery bill would be about four hundred to fill it. Nope..it was a lot more then that.Since we got so many groceries David cleaned out my fridge so we could put some stuff in it. Now it looks so EMPTY. ALSO, I FINALLY got my boot off! Since I only really have sandals David got me some new shoes and I thought I'd share some pictures of all of that with you all!
This last weekend we went to the lake and well It was a bummer for me...David had a lot of fun. I was pretty gimpy and laid up but we got to park the boat and swim a little. David did awesome on the wake board, I was pretty darn impressed! He did awesome! It was a great day out on the lake!
LOOK AT THAT AIR! He did GOOD!
David and I had a lot of fun
Even Baby Jacob had fun! He mostly hung out with Grandma and Grandpa on the beach but I think he loved it!
Our holiday started out a little early with me having surgery on my ankle, It was supposed to be not very invasive but well, that's what it turned into. Then we had a little BBQ/pool party with all of David's family. It was a lot of fun and a little exhausting! Our porch turned out so wonderful and it was perfect for our party! We love our back yard so much now!
This is right after we filled the pool it was FREEZING! He was the brave one!
Our final porch production!!! Doesn't it look great! It is!!!
The Kids had such a great time playing in the pool! Who knows what Jade is showing us her foot for! We really enjoyed watching them and we only had one get injured!!! That has to be a pretty good record. Man the hot tub was so yucky after the kids kept getting in and out with all their sunscreens! we ended up having to drain it! It was totally worth it though!
Just a couple pictures to see how much we all had lounging around all day! Food, fun, and family, what more could you ask for!
The ADULTS...even had fun! Boys will be boys right! Jeff was the "pool monster"...I think :)
Well, This was our little adventure, I hope you enjoyed peeking in our backyard! We sure had a lot of fun, and hopefully we will do it again soon!
