Catch up....

So, to say the last few months have been busy is a complete understatement. With traveling, sick kids, and a couple holidays we've been busy busy busy. So I'll do a few catch up posts and hope that it works for record keeping :) Warning- there are LOTS of pictures....you've been warned!

To Start- Halloween, it was so much fun this year, we went home to Nana & Papa's house to see them and have an early Halloween with my family. Brooklyn was a princess, and Braden the frog. We went to a carnival in Adrian and despite the cold I think the kids had a good time. Over that weekend Braden visited the ER for the first time, he ended up having croup. Scary night. When the kids and I got home we took them trick or treating. Brooklyn LOVED it this year, she thought it was pretty fun to ring the doorbells, and to get candy, of course what kid wouldn't (ok and adults too).

Next up on the list of things we did was SICKNESS- I HAVE to include this picture of Brookie being sick, she was SO miserable!!! It was pretty sad to see her so sick and "down".

What do we have next.....Thanksgiving, that was so much fun, we were able to go and spend the holiday with My family again. Brooklyn had a good time, and Braden LOVED the food. He's quite the eater. While we were home Braden boy perfected his "SERIOUS" face. Brooklyn did the same thing as a baby and it's hilarious to see Braden doing the same thing. Funny kids! Our festivities in pictures.

Last we have our Christmas planning/preparing, and most favorite- DECORATING. Brooklyn has been very excited about Christmas this year. Although, she has informed us that "I don't like Santa Claus", and when she's mad she even says "I don't like Christmas"....but she sure has had fun preparing our home for the Christmas, and she has recently told "Santa" that she wants a baby doll for Christmas- too bad Santa thought he was done shopping! Braden thinks it is just about the most fun thing EVER to go behind the tree and unplug our lights, he does this and then laughs when you pull him out...and proceeds to crawl as fast as can be right back under the tree! Stinker. I want to end on a note that I LOVE my kids, they seriously make me so happy, and make me laugh daily. I also want to say how much I love my family- they are so good to us, and my children LOVE them...so much. Last, I want to say how much I love my husband...we celebrated our FIVE year anniversary this year, and I just can't even believe it! FIVE YEARS...and looking forward to an eternity of happiness with him. He is so good to me!  Enjoy

Just us :)

Well- I could do a catch up post...but that's a lot to catch up on :) instead I'll share a few of my favorite pictures and some pictures of the new house we're living in. If you didn't already know- our little family moved to Pocatello, Idaho. David got a job offer here and we packed up and came. We're liking our house and so far (3 days) it's been busy busy busy. Hopefully we all get adjusted soon and get back on a normal schedule. waking up at 5:30 after going to bed late is NOT too fun for me. Brooklyn is such a night owl. :) Enjoy the pictures of my babes and the house.

Time keeps passing by!

Well, I have neglected this old blog again! I have a little time now and thought I would write a little about my little crazies.

Braden- He's just a great boy, he's so sweet, hardly cries, and is just a happy boy. He is trying SO hard to crawl, and after a few minutes of trying just gets so frustrated with his little body. He is getting So big- up to 20lbs now. He has so many little fat rolls, and I LOVE them. The other day I let him have the spatula after eating some brownies, oh my goodness he was hilarious, he just went after that thing. We also ventured to the fair the other day, he was having a great time...then he fell asleep.

Brooklyn-She is just such a sweet heart. She loves to be a big helper (sometimes too much). She LOVES her little brother so much, and if someone tries to touch him they'll hear about it! She recently got done with swimming lessons. She did fairly well, she isn't a big fan of putting her head under water, but from day one to the end she progressively got more comfortable with it. When we went to the Malheur County fair the other day she had such a good time looking at all the animals- then she got to ride her first ever fair ride. She loved it, and because she wasn't tall enough to ride alone her nana got to ride too. Brooklyn picked the "car" they got to ride on and she picked the firetruck. She wouldn't stay sitting down she just wanted to dance and play. I loved seeing the look on her little face. She has been saying some hilarious things... just a few examples...all in her saddest/softest voice, "I'm not going potty ANYMORE, because nana help you" " I not goin' potty at the lake ANYMORE". "we don't show people my bum". "Kitty, be nice or I spank you bum" "Braden, you ok, Brookie here".

I LOVE my kids. They are so much fun to be with- even when they're driving me crazy. I love to watch them grow and learn, Love to see their little personalities. Now enjoy a few pictures of my little loves!
